I wanted a simple timeline tool for planning projects with my team. Every tool I tried required everyone to create accounts, set up workspaces, and wait for invites. By the time we were ready to plan, we'd lost momentum.
So I built SpanPlan.
Instant Collaboration
Create a timeline, share the URL, and anyone with the link can edit. No accounts, no invites, no waiting. Changes sync in real-time across all viewers.
You can optionally sign in to keep track of your timelines, but it's not required.

Keyboard Shortcuts
For the power users:
- Cmd+B - Toggle backlog panel
- Cmd+K - Search and jump to any item
- Escape - Close panels
The backlog input stays focused after adding items, so you can rapid-fire add your entire backlog in seconds.
